For a long time, I have been taught… We have been taught that successful business lives solely in the numbers.
Data-driven. Strategy-led. Outcome-obsessed.
And while the numbers are very important, this singular way of operating has come at a cost.
It has pulled us out of our bodies.
Out of rhythm. Our of our natural flow
Out of relationship with our own inner knowing.
In my experience over 20 years in traditional corporate and financial spaces, there never has been room for intuition. No permission to slow down. No space to speak when something feels misaligned, even when the spreadsheets indicate all is well, or positive.
I know this world well. I’ve lived inside it. And I’ve listened to countless leaders and founders quietly admit the same thing: something feels off, but I don’t know how to trust that feeling.
Here’s what I am aware of in the deepest places of my being, especially as we move deeper into an AI-driven, automated world:

And whether people can name it or not, your energy is the first thing they feel when you walk into a room.

What kind of business are you building from that state?
I share this not from theory, but from lived experience. I’m a business owner too. I know this pressure intimately. And I’ve learned that tending to myself, regulating my body, trusting my inner guidance, honoring my limits, creating and establishing boundaries, prayer, gratitude, physical activity, joy and laughter are not indulgent.
It is leadership.

It offers insight when the path forward is not so obvious. It allows you to sense timing, alignment, and truth beyond what can be measured.
As AI continues to expand rapidly, the greatest risk is not technological advancement, it is the outsourcing of our humanity.
